As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, your main responsibility will be picking, packing, and preparing online customer orders for shipment or in-store pickup. You’ll work in coordination with store and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack online orders according to customer specifications
- Ensure proper handling of merchandise, especially fragile or perishable goods
- Operate handheld devices and scanners to track inventory and fulfill orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with product stocking and returns as needed
- Communicate with other team members and departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or fulfillment roles is a plus
