Key Responsibilities:

  • Process online orders, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a smooth process for customers.
  • Work with third-party vendors and partners to enhance product visibility and availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce or online sales support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO techniques.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales support roles.
  • Experience in managing online sales platforms and customer inquiries.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative support role is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Flexible working hours with a hybrid model (office and remote work options available).
  • Occasional weekend work may be required, especially during peak seasons.
