Job Summary:

Myntra, one of Indias leading online fashion and lifestyle retailers, is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team in India. As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a smooth and delightful experience with Myntra. Your ability to communicate effectively, empathize with customers, and resolve issues promptly will contribute to maintaining Myntras reputation for top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related inquiries, order status updates, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring first-contact resolution when possible.
  • Provide product recommendations, resolve technical issues with the website or app, and guide customers through the online shopping process.
  • Document customer interactions and issues using CRM tools to ensure efficient follow-up and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer feedback is shared and acted upon.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information and solutions.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are in line with Myntras service standards and policies.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in additional languages like Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with online retail and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelors degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce or retail environment, is preferred but not essential.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with rotating shifts to accommodate Myntras customer support operations.
  • Availability for weekend shifts may be required.
  • The role is primarily based in India, with remote work options considered on a case-by-case basis.
