Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to oversee and execute corporate events with precision and creativity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate event planning, from inception to execution. As an Event Manager at The Elite Job, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets the companys strategic objectives. You will work on a variety of events, including conferences, seminars, team-building activities, and corporate parties, delivering top-notch experiences for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end planning of corporate events, including setting objectives, budgeting, vendor management, and securing venues.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations to tailor each event to their specifications.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of event coordinators and volunteers to ensure efficient event execution.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and onsite event setup.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for event outreach and attendance.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and kept within budgetary constraints.
  • Post-event Evaluation: Conduct post-event reviews, analyzing successes and areas for improvement, and compiling feedback for future events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate event management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of organizing and executing successful corporate events, both large and small-scale.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate event planning or a related field.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Proven success in managing logistics for large corporate events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Prior experience in leading a team and collaborating with senior management.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position. Regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility is required as events may take place in the evenings or weekends.
