Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries regarding prescriptions and pharmacy benefits.

- Accurately document all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must reside in or around Indianapolis, IN and be eligible to work in the U.S.
