About the position
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Offer available products and services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery.
Requirements
- Two years post-secondary education or higher.
- In lieu of the above, a minimum of two years relevant work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred for bilingual roles.
