About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Offer available products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements

  • Two years post-secondary education or higher.
  • In lieu of the above, a minimum of two years relevant work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred for bilingual roles.
