Lockheed Martin is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to support our remote operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, input, and manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Maintain and validate databases across multiple programs and systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support internal teams and executives.
- Identify data inconsistencies and perform regular audits for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and technical leads.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through process automation and database tools.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a data administration or data entry role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, SAP, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a remote setting.
