We're looking for a sales superstar to join our vibrant, supportive and fast-growing team and help us keep up with our never-ending list of small business owners requesting our services.

How You Can Help

As the Director of Bookkeeping Services & Sales you're not just in charge of following up with businesses requesting our life-changing services, you're the frontline in fostering relationships with our current and future clients. Your role is vital in driving our company's growth to save small businesses. You'll not only generate new revenue by turning super warm leads (from our super awesome reputation) into ongoing, life-changing client engagements but you’ll help these owners meet their goals and make their dreams come true.

We’re not all about the numbers here! You'll also be contributing to our awesome company culture where we’re super positive, friendly, and generous. Like most accounting companies we know how to work hard, but unlike some of the more square accountants you may know - we really know how to have fun. We have a culture of giving back, and all of our teammates volunteer a minimum of 2 hours per month.

What We’ll Need From You:
• Convert 50% of super warm leads that come in each week into sales, aka Raving Fans
• Help us continue our relationship building and networking, including attending conferences and trade shows throughout the year
• Take your prospects through their customer journey even after they sign their engagement letter
• Help your colleagues with client service tasks as needed to deliver our exceptional customer service
• Develop systems and processes to help improve the client experience
• Spend 2 hours of your paid time each month helping others

How You’ll Know You’re Doing a Good Job:

We're all about high performance, results, and accountability. As Director of Bookkeeping Services & Sales you'll have weekly one-on-one success meetings with your manager, where you’ll report on your previous week results and plan the wins for your next week. We'll also have a quarterly performance reviews to ensure we're all hitting our targets and growing together.

Pay:

Base Salary of $2000/mo for PT work + 10% commission on sales over base goal (no cap) - estimated first year pay of $50k for 20hrs/week of work
