- New Hire Orientation: Plan and deliver engaging orientation sessions, introducing company policies, culture, and tools.
- System Setup: Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that new employees have access to necessary systems and tools on day one.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, addressing questions and resolving any issues.
- Feedback Collection: Regularly gather feedback from new employees to improve the onboarding process.
- Compliance Adherence: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hiring and onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in onboarding or HR coordination, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding platforms.

Experience

Working Hours
