Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon services and platforms.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
