About the position
The Senior Learning Designer at Publix Technology will be responsible for designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning solutions tailored for Publix Technology associates and managers. This hybrid role requires a commitment to both on-site and remote work, focusing on enhancing onboarding processes, technology adoption, and leadership skills within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Assess the training needs for all areas within Publix Technology, including technologists and managers.

• Interview and collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information on technical configurations and development best practices.

• Design and develop engaging multimedia content to support learning solutions.
,
• Create learning solutions that align with adult learning principles and enhance performance.
,
• Build and maintain relationships with Publix Technology leadership and stakeholders.
,
• Facilitate training classes in both virtual and traditional formats.
,
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make adjustments as needed.
,
• Design and deliver training for onboarding and mentorship programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, English, communications, instructional design, adult learning, business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions in a technology company.
,
• 3+ years of experience using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360).
,
• 2+ years of experience delivering training in a technology company.
,
• 2+ years of experience managing project teams and project implementation oversight.
,
• 2+ years of experience managing an onboarding program for a technology company.
,
• Experience with applications such as Canva, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Nice-to-haves
• Knowledge of agile methodologies as it pertains to software development and project management.

• Strong project management skills for leading training projects with technical content.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience with microlearning solutions.
Benefits
• Potential annual pay with bonus ranging from $86,580 to $129,935.
