• Student Support: Provide timely support and guidance to students and learners using the platform, addressing any technical issues or learning queries.
• Evaluate and Improve Course Effectiveness: Analyze course performance, student feedback, and engagement metrics to continuously refine and improve online learning programs.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Work closely with SMEs to ensure course content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest industry standards.
• Monitor Learner Progress: Track student progress, provide feedback, and ensure learners are meeting their learning goals.
• Stay Updated on Learning Trends: Stay informed about new developments in e-learning, instructional design, and educational technology to continuously enhance course offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in online learning or e-learning design and development.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms (such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle student inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an online learning, instructional design, or e-learning development role.
• Prior experience working with diverse student populations and managing virtual classrooms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement e-learning programs that drive learner engagement and success.

Working Hours:

• This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work within the time zone flexibility of the US but should be available for scheduled meetings and collaboration as needed.
• Expectation to meet deadlines and work independently while managing time effectively.
