<p><strong>Summary </strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation, Equity, and People Operations Associate to support our People team. In this role, you will provide operational support for compensation and equity programs, assist with technology adoption and set up, and help manage incentive programs. You will work closely with the People team to ensure accurate processing and clear communication across all compensation-related activities.</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Compensation Technology Support:</strong> Assist with system setup, data entry, and user support for compensation platforms.</li>
<li><strong>Team Member Change Processing:</strong> Review and process team member changes (promotions, transfers, pay adjustments) following established guidelines.</li>
<li><strong>Quarterly Incentive Program Support: </strong>Help administer quarterly incentive programs including data collection, tracking, and payout processing.</li>
<li><strong>Job Leveling Assistance: </strong>Support job leveling activities and help maintain consistency in level assignments.</li>
<li><strong>Equity Program Support: </strong>Provide backup support for equity administration including ESPP tracking, grant records, and basic employee inquiries.</li>
<li><strong>Data Analysis & Reporting: </strong>Prepare compensation reports, cost analyses, and trend summaries to support decision-making.</li>
<li><strong>Communication Support: </strong>Create slide decks and draft communications related to compensation, equity, and incentive programs.</li>
<li><strong>Job Description Management:</strong> Maintain and update job descriptions, conduct regular audits for accuracy, and ensure consistency across roles and departments.</li>
<li><strong>ADP Administration: </strong>Process changes and run reports in ADP system while maintaining data accuracy.</li>
<li><strong>Process</strong><strong> Support: </strong>Help identify process improvements and assist with implementation of new procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties and projects as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education, Experience, and Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of compensation experience required.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in People Operations preferred. </li>
<li>Hands-on experience with ADP required. </li>
<li>Understanding of compensation and/or equity programs. </li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li>
<li>Experience creating presentations and basic data analysis. </li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills. </li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. </li>
<li>High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software. </li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice-to-have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a growing company environment. </li>
<li>Familiarity with HRIS systems. </li>
<li>Basic project coordination experience.</li>

<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>
<p>This remote position requires:</p>
