Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting creation to final offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
  • Engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and team culture to ensure a successful hire.
  • Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential future candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Assist in implementing recruitment strategies that enhance the candidate experience and optimize the hiring process.
  • Provide insights and advice to leadership regarding market trends, compensation expectations, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in both German and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including hiring managers and candidates.
  • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills, with a keen eye for identifying top talent.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources, with a focus on hiring for multiple positions across diverse sectors.
  • Experience in recruiting for both entry-level and senior roles is an advantage.
  • Prior experience working remotely or in a virtual setting is preferred.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time remote position, with a flexible schedule.
  • Availability to work within European time zones (CET) is required.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to accommodate candidates in different time zones.
