Position OverviewThe Director of Strategic Pursuits brings storytelling, design and creative expertise to support down-pipeline opportunities such as orals presentations, vision videos, High Spot locations, microsites, demos, etc. This role is a core member of the deal team - across verticals - understanding the opportunity in detail and contributing to the strategy.Primarily for strategic opportunities, the Director of Strategic Pursuits will partner with Proposals, Solutioning, Value Engineering and corporate marketing to create the assets needed to articulate the value story and TTEC's differentiation. With a deep understanding of the client, the opportunity and our solution, the Director of Strategic Pursuits will respond quickly to deliver the highest-quality deliverables in very tight deadlines.Additionally, the Director of Strategic Pursuits, will play a role in contributing to the go-to-market (GTM) messaging and can help to provide creative services to execute on asset development within Proposals & Pursuits that reflects the GTM.The role is also a member of the Solutions & Pursuits Leadership team, helping to manage workflow and lead the team to achieve its target objectives. Main Responsibilities
Maintain close working relationships with Sales and other stakeholders to successfully develop pre-sales assets that lead to closed deals
Create PPT presentations, video storyboards, graphics, creative proposal elements, microsite graphics, etc.- on very tight deadlines to advance the sales process for strategic deals
Contribute to win strategies, themes, discriminators, key messages, and other pertinent content and assets that lead to success
Align closely with Corporate Marketing to share best practices, leverage marketing assets, contribute best practices, etc.
Bring new, innovative ideas to differentiate TTEC's client-facing materials and formats
Lead the Strategic Pursuits team that includes a junior member, coaching resources for optimal performance, managing communication cadence and quarterly reviews, etc.
Participate in Solutions & Pursuits leadership meetings and contribute to overall team success
Requirements
10+ years' experience in professional or managed services
Business background
Marketing or Management degree required
