We are creating not only a revolutionary technological change, but also a change in perception for all of us.&nbsp;</p><br> <b>Job Description</b><br><p>We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused COO with strong operational instincts and technical acumen to serve as a trusted partner to our President helping to drive focus. In this role, you will be the engine behind the day-to-day and long-term execution of key priorities, leading internal operations, streamlining communications, helping the organization scale with clarity and intention and ensuring smooth deployment of key initiatives and products.&nbsp;</p><p>You’ll partner with leaders across R&amp;D, Product, HR, and Business Operations to turn ideas into systems, and strategy into scalable execution. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, sees the big picture but loves the operational details and knows how to turn vision into reality- efficiently and through collaboration.</p><br> <b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>​​Serve as the President’s&nbsp; trusted advisor and right hand—managing focus, anticipating needs, and ensuring high-leverage execution across global priorities</li><li>Lead business rhythms: quarterly planning, cross-functional cadences, operational reviews</li><li>Financial literacy — understanding of revenue streams, pricing models, and cost management, alongside collaboration with finance teams.</li><li>Build frameworks for tracking progress</li><li>Oversee strategic deployment of R&amp;D and product initiatives, ensuring readiness across departments</li><li>Work closely with Engineering and Product to align on technical delivery plans and risk mitigation and ensure handoffs between teams are seamless and scalable&nbsp;</li><li>Track progress and execution of deployments, pilots, or infrastructure rollouts</li><li>Own org design discussions in collaborations with HR&nbsp; and help build scalable, cross-functional team structures</li><li>Work closely with VP HR to design and refine processes that reduce friction, increase collaboration, and support growth</li><li>Identify organizational bottlenecks and proactively remove blockers</li><li>Serve as a central communication channel between the President and the broader team</li><li>Manage internal messaging, leadership updates, and knowledge sharing</li><li>Translate high-level decisions into team-level actions and alignment</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>7–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership support—preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).</li><li>Experience in a product-led organization, preferably in a scaling tech company</li><li>Proven experience managing complex deployments and technical cross-functional initiatives</li><li>Strong understanding of product lifecycle, release planning, and R&amp;D to delivery workflows</li><li>Strong critical thinking and business acumen; able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.</li><li>Proven experience in vendor management, including negotiation, contracting, and related procurement processes.</li><li>Excellent communicator across verbal, written, and presentation formats. Exceptional communication skills in English - A must.</li><li>Systems-minded and data-driven</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Jira, GitHub, Slack, G Suit</li><li>Can embrace change, handle ambiguity and help others cope with change.</li><li>Operates with integrity, discretion, and trust in handling confidential matters.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p>esh is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
