Responsibilities
- Work with Business Analysts / Systems Analysts, other technology Developers / Solution Designers to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Process Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Rich understanding of customizations and the ability to audit, recommend, improve, and/or update customizations for best practice alternatives
- Experience with unique Salesforce instances that leverage non-standard Salesforce Objects in primary business process and practices
- Deep understanding of triggers/Apex code knowledge
- Sandbox environment management
- DevOps/release management experience
- Experience performing QA on pre-release and implemented change sets for validation
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of Salesforce Experience
- LWC
- Salesforce Lightning
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of APEX
- Must have Admin and PD1 Certifications
- FLOW AUTOMATIONS: 1 year (Required)
- SCREEN FLOWS: 1 year (Required)
- Debugging: 1 year (Required)
- Demonstrated team work capabilities and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
- Prior experience with translating business needs to functional requirement specifications for technology.
