Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Address customer queries regarding orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and product details in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately.
  • Track and follow up on customer requests, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
  • Continuously provide feedback to the management team to help improve customer service processes.
  • Ensure all communications are logged accurately in the system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries at once.
  • Proficiency in using email and live chat software.
  • Comfort and experience in handling customer complaints and resolving them efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, especially in email or chat support, is preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industries will be an advantage.
  • Freshers are also welcome to apply, provided they have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High level of customer empathy and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience.
  • Familiarity with Myntras product offerings and company policies will be a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and support platforms.
  • Competence in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
