Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales channels.

  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase products/services to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours (approximately 40 hours per week).
  • Must be available to attend meetings and respond to client queries during standard working hours in Malaysia (Monday to Friday).
  • Occasional weekend work may be required based on client needs.

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold, with the ability to explain them clearly and confidently.
  • Sales Skills: Expertise in closing deals, handling objections, and negotiating favorable terms for both the company and the client.
