Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and working efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure inventory levels are correctly maintained, and stocktaking is performed regularly.
• Warehouse Operations: Ensure that warehouse activities, such as picking, packing, and shipping, are completed accurately and on time.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by following and enforcing safety policies and procedures. Ensure that the warehouse is compliant with all relevant regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to avoid delays and inefficiencies.
• Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and received goods. Provide regular reports to management regarding warehouse performance and inventory status.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, purchasing, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, business administration, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role within the logistics sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic inventory control systems.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide a diverse group of workers.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff and other departments.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify problems and implement practical solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Experience in managing inventory and using warehouse management systems (WMS) or related software.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend work may be required based on business needs.
