The Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist position at Boeing is a critical role within the BGS Integrated Planning and Scheduling team, specifically supporting Tankers, Surveillance, and B-52 programs in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is designed for individuals who are adept at providing integrated planning and scheduling support that aligns with Boeing's best practices. The successful candidate will leverage their judgment and past experiences to deliver timely support to both Program and Business Leadership requests, ensuring that all planning and scheduling activities are executed efficiently and effectively. In this role, the specialist will engage with leading-edge technologies across the enterprise, taking charge of developing, coordinating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining plans and schedules for complex projects and programs. The responsibilities will encompass a wide range of analysis and planning efforts, which may involve multiple programs, organizations, or business units. The specialist will be tasked with determining impacts, constraints, and plans related to product development, process improvement, or program initiatives. Additionally, the role requires the development and establishment of lead time requirements while identifying any constraints that may affect project timelines. The specialist will lead and facilitate the integration of project and program plans and schedules across various functional and product groups, suppliers, and partners. This includes developing project plans that realign work statements to support production requirements and align with the company's strategic objectives for work placement. The position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work at the discretion of the hiring team, and candidates must be located in the immediate area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• 2+ years of experience in project or program management.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience using Microsoft Project.

• Experience using OPP (Open Plan Professional) or equivalent software.

• Experience in Program Planning.

• Experience conducting data analysis with Excel.

Benefits
