Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare-related inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.

- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus).

- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and medical scheduling processes is advantageous.

Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or a similar role.
- Previous experience in virtual or remote support is preferred.

Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.
- Availability to work weekends or holidays on a rotational basis.
