  • Provide timely follow-up to ensure resolution of technical problems and satisfaction of the end users.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, with a strong understanding of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Excellent knowledge of network configurations, troubleshooting, and hardware setup.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues remotely.
  • Familiarity with remote access software and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide clear instructions and explanations to users.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk position.
  • Hands-on experience with common IT support tasks such as system configurations, remote troubleshooting, and network setups.
  • Experience working in a remote work environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones across Canada.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, based on customer demand.
