Travel: Itinerant – will travel between multiple school sites
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Itinerant DHH Teacher to serve students in the Littleton, CO area for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing across multiple age groups and school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and consultative services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Travel between schools within the district to deliver services based on student needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families.
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student.
Requirements:
• Valid Colorado DHH Teaching Certification or eligibility
• Experience working with a wide age range of students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
