Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement or HR roles, preferably in remote or hybrid environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create innovative strategies and activities to foster employee morale.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and engagement tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Analytical skills for interpreting engagement data and presenting insights.
  • Empathy and cultural sensitivity to connect with a diverse workforce.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.
  • Experience in remote or hybrid teams is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate remote employees across different time zones.
  • Core hours: 10 AM - 4 PM (based on company time zone).
