Build and maintain a database of IT professionals and establish strong candidate pipelines.

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback.

Assist with employer branding initiatives to promote Amazon as a top employer in the IT industry.

Stay updated on emerging recruitment trends and practices in the tech industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition in the IT domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.

Experience

No prior work experience required; however, experience in a recruitment or HR internship will be advantageous.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours with an expected commitment of 20-30 hours per week.
