Sterling Forever is a fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand known for our trend-forward designs and strong presence on platforms like TikTok Shop. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented TikTok Livestream Moderator to help support our live shopping experiences.

THIS POSITION IS IN THE OFFICE IN TIMONIUM MARYLAND !

Position Summary

As a TikTok Livestream Moderator, you will play a critical role in our TikTok Shop shows—managing live chat, supporting the host, and helping to execute real-time sales strategies like flash sales and coupon drops. You’ll also work behind the scenes using TikTok Seller Center and Live Studio tools to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate live chat: respond to FAQs, remove inappropriate content, and maintain brand tone
• Assist with executing live promotions (flash sales, coupon drops, product pinning)
• Quickly identify and flag technical or inventory issues during the stream
• Collaborate with the host and team to maintain high energy and engagement throughout the livestream
• Collect and report customer questions, feedback, and trends after each session
• Support additional marketing or stream-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, and Seller Center/Live Studio tools
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills—especially under pressure
• Understanding of live selling techniques (product education, urgency-based selling, customer engagement)
• Availability to work nights and weekends based on the livestream schedule

Preferred:

• Background in e-commerce, livestream production, or online community moderation
