Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Representative and Appointment Setter who will be responsible for generating leads, setting qualified appointments, and closing sales for our SaaS platform. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within our organization, starting part-time with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified sales meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers
• Sales Conversion: Conduct product presentations, handle objections, and close deals to meet monthly quotas
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Hands-on experience using Apollo.io for prospecting and lead generation
• Experience monitoring, optimizing, and refining marketing and sales email sequences
• Strong phone and virtual meeting presence and excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling scheduling or business management software
• Background in appointment setting or inside sales
• Familiarity with additional lead generation tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Bonus: Experience in the language service industry (interpreting, translation, or related services)

Position Details
• Initial Schedule: 20 hours per week
