About the position

The Training Delivery Educator III position is a critical role responsible for delivering comprehensive training to clinical and technical staff through various modalities, including classroom instruction, web-based training, and one-on-one sessions. This role requires a deep understanding of the products, clinical workflows, and operational processes to effectively train end users on system updates, application enhancements, and optimization strategies that align with organizational goals. The educator will also provide support during system go-lives and annual application upgrades, ensuring that users are proficient in utilizing the systems and addressing any standard or non-standard issues that arise. In addition to training delivery, the educator will engage in the analysis of client business processes and functional application requirements, documenting validation processes for the training environment. They will be responsible for resolving information systems-related issues and escalating more complex concerns to appropriate personnel. The role also involves evaluating existing application products to ensure they meet client needs and developing recommendations for improvements. The educator will foster effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, providing resources and expertise while actively seeking feedback to enhance performance. They will create training materials, monitor training effectiveness through various metrics, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Continuous improvement is a key focus, as the educator will identify procedural deficiencies and advocate for ongoing learning within their team. Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field.

• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development with a focus on instructor-led training, or four years of related experience.

• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms.

Nice-to-haves
• Two years of experience in health care insurance or working in a health care contact center.

• Two years of experience using course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate.
