Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and legal to resolve audit discrepancies and client inquiries. Develop and maintain audit schedules, documentation, and reports to support compliance and internal controls. Identify potential financial risks and recommend corrective actions to management. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing audit findings for senior leadership and clients. Utilize data analytics tools to streamline audit processes and enhance reporting accuracy. Stay current with industry regulations and best practices related to audits, rebates, and financial controls. Mentor junior analysts and provide training to improve team capabilities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in client audit, rebate management, or financial analysis. Strong proficiency with audit methodologies, rebate contract interpretation, and financial reconciliation. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization and audit software tools. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
