hyphens: auto;">Papierverarbeitungsindustrien.</span> Die Kombination eines <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">mitarbeiterorientierten</span> Führungsstils mit operativen Strategien und nachhaltigem Wachstum ließ Barry-Wehmiller zu einem 3 Milliarden USD Unternehmen wachsen, dessen fast 12.000 Mitarbeiter eine gemeinsame Vision haben: Building a Better World through Business.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br>&nbsp;</p><p><b><span>Jobbeschreibung:</span></b></p><p>The Area Sales Manager is responsible for selling company products and services to new and existing customers, OEM’s and agents or distributors within your region. &nbsp;</p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b></p><p>As an Area Sales Manager you:</p><ul><li>Represent, promote and sell our equipment and solutions</li><li>Proactively identify and acquire new potential customers in the Commercial, Offset Print and Flexible Packaging market and other sectors beyond where our equipment could be deployed.</li><li>Build and execute for your region strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition to expand our customer base.</li><li>Discover new markets, products, and adjacent service opportunities within your territory.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers, OEM’s and agents / distributor to understand current and future needs.</li><li>Make periodic visits to customers, OEM’s and agents / distributors.</li><li>Identify and analyze customer requirements to recommend a most suitable solution</li><li>Negotiating terms and pricing on sales contracts.</li><li>Are accountable for the timelines and the quality of the offers and orders</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent support, consultation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Coordinate sales efforts with other departments; ensure customer purchase and service requirements are being met.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline progress in our D365 CRM system.</li><li>Prepare short- and long-range sales forecasts for assigned accounts and territories.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the sales leaders to establish quarterly and yearly fiscal performance order and margin goals.</li><li>Set sales commitments, budgets, and sales/marketing strategies for the region.</li><li>Maintain reports, records, files, logs, etc., pertinent to function.</li><li>Participate in trade shows and other industry events to represent our brand</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of capital equipment sales experience in a Print Industry market.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experiences</li></ul><p></p><p><b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in technical sales, ideally with background from the Corrugated Printing Industry (Flexo).</li><li>Strong prospecting skills to gain new customer accounts.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of sales success (achievements, rankings, stats)</li><li>Experience leading and developing agency sales programs.</li><li>Excellent communication (verbal and in writing) in German and English.</li><li>Ability to work independently and think strategically.</li><li>Capable to execute strategies focused on organizational growth.</li><li>Negotiating &amp;
