We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team at The Elite Job. This role will focus on providing essential support for talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing recruitment processes from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and assist in drafting job descriptions and job specifications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain a candidate database and track the progress of all job openings.
- Provide administrative support in preparing offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to keep them updated on their application status.
- Support in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and interviews.
- Assist in managing employee records and data management.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or administrative roles, preferably in a recruitment support capacity.
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Experience in managing candidate databases and recruitment events is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
- Standard business hours (9 AM to 6 PM) with flexibility when required.
