Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or customer support roles is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM ’┐Į 5:00 PM (flexibility may apply).
