The Bilingual Retirement Education Specialist position at the Center of Excellence - Education Team is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals and secure their retirement. This role is pivotal in engaging with a diverse audience of retirement plan participants, providing them with the necessary education and resources to make informed decisions about their retirement savings and strategies. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, working to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to achieve the best possible retirement outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting on the development and implementation of education plans aimed at increasing participation in retirement plans. You will collaborate closely with Plan Sponsors, Advisors, and internal teams to deliver tailored education solutions that meet the unique needs of participants. This includes conducting needs assessments to help participants understand their options and make informed choices regarding their retirement savings and payout strategies. You will also be responsible for presenting workshops and conducting one-on-one meetings, serving as the primary point of contact for both participants and plan sponsors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, particularly in personal markets and retirement planning, and will be bilingual in Spanish and English. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. With a travel requirement of up to 75% locally and 25% overnight, the position offers flexibility in work location, allowing for remote work when not meeting with clients. Responsibilities

• Licensing will be required based on state/federal laws and/or company policy.
