Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact license preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute care, ER, urgent care, or family practice
- Experience in telephonic triage or remote nursing strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
- Proficient with electronic health records and phone-based triage software
- Located in the U.S. with a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming patient calls and assess symptoms using evidence-based protocols
- Document triage outcomes and ensure proper referral or escalation when necessary
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams
- Provide education and reassurance to patients and caregivers
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and nursing standards
