Lead and manage a team responsible for creating and maintaining employee schedules.
Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and adjust staffing plans accordingly.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for scheduling and intraday operations.
Proactively identify and address any scheduling conflicts or issues to minimize disruptions to business operations.
Utilize workforce management software to accurately track and report employee attendance and productivity.
Continuously monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet service level agreements and achieve key performance indicators.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workforce management and make recommendations for process improvements.
Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance workforce management processes.
Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on workforce management operations and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to workforce management.
