Your Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries with care and innovation
Provide excellent service through active listening
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Resolve issues proactively on the first call
Communicate appropriately and de-escalate when necessary
Track call information for reporting
Provide feedback on call issues
Upsell when appropriate
We seek fearless individuals who are bilingual (English and Spanish fluent), able to work remotely, with at least 6 months of customer service experience, and other qualifications listed in the description.
Work from Home Requirements:
Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
No satellite, mobile data hotspots, P2P, or VPN connections
Proof of internet speed
