Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in curriculum design and development, preferably for K-12 or higher education.
Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and learning methodologies.
Proficiency in using digital tools and software for curriculum creation (e.g., Canva, Google Workspace, LMS platforms).
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Pakistani educational standards and curriculum frameworks is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in education or curriculum development.
Experience in online education or e-learning platforms is preferred.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours with deadlines for deliverables.
Collaboration meetings as required, scheduled in Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
