<h4>Business Development Manager (Team Lead)</h4><p dir="ltr">Amega Group is seeking to hire a strategic and results driven Business Development Manager to lead our partner acquisition and commercial growth. This role involves developing and managing a high-performance business development function for a fast growing financial services firm.<br><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Main Activities and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Define and execute business development strategy in alignment with Company goals.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Lead a team focused on partner onboarding, commercial agreements and long-term relationship building.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Identify and engage with potential partners: affiliates, IBs and institutional clients.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop tailored commercial offers and incentive models.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to support growth.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain CRM records and prepare performance and KPI reports.</p></li></ul><div><br></div><p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">3+ years of experience in business development, ideally in financial services or fintech.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven track record in acquiring and managing commercial partners.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Leadership experience: managing or mentoring partnerships, business development, or affiliate teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience working with CRM tools and support operations in a fintech environment.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Fluent in English (C1+); other languages are a plus (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese etc).</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong negotiation and communication skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Detail oriented with a focus on execution and follow through.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">21 vacation days per year + public holidays</p></li></ul><p><br>📍 <em>Please note: This is a remote position.
