Part Time Event Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries via phone regarding event details, ticketing, and general information.
* Provide accurate and timely responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Assist with troubleshooting basic ticketing issues.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
* Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
* Prior customer service experience (preferred)
* Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation:
$400/week. If the call volume exceeds, then additional compensation will be given.
