Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Transcription and Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe audio, video, and written content into digital formats.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Proofread and edit transcriptions for grammar, spelling, and context errors.
  • Maintain and update company databases with critical and confidential information.
  • Organize and file digital records for easy retrieval.
  • Adhere to confidentiality agreements and protect sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide status updates on assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 words per minute) with high accuracy.
  • Strong command of English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Exceptional listening skills to transcribe audio with clarity.
  • Proficiency in using transcription tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management systems.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.

Experience

  • Previous experience in transcription or data entry (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Familiarity with transcription software and formatting guidelines is an advantage.
  • Experience working in remote or flexible work environments is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with the ability to set your schedule within company deadlines.
  • Approximately 20-30 hours per week for part-time roles or 40 hours for full-time.
