Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update product information into e-commerce platforms, ensuring all listings are complete and well-presented.
Maintain consistency across product descriptions, images, prices, and other relevant details.
Ensure all product data is correctly categorized, tagged, and searchable on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces.
Proofread and edit product information for accuracy, including spelling, grammar, and technical details.
Monitor inventory levels and update product availability based on real-time data.
Resolve data discrepancies by cross-checking product details with suppliers, vendors, or other relevant teams.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely updates to product listings and promotions.
Handle and track orders and customer queries related to product listings, if necessary.
Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce listing practices and suggest improvements to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
Proven experience in data entry or e-commerce-related roles is highly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data entry tools.
Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency across large sets of data.
Knowledge of SEO and product optimization for e-commerce is an advantage.

Experience

At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry or e-commerce product listing.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce software is beneficial.
Experience in handling product data entry for online stores or marketplaces is a plus.

Working Hours

Full-time position with flexible working hours.

Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexibility based on individual needs).
