Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team at The Elite Job. Key Responsibilities

Design graphics and visuals for accessories, including bags, jewelry, scarves, and other fashion-related products.
Collaborate with senior designers to conceptualize and implement creative designs.
Develop and produce designs for marketing materials, including online advertisements, promotional content, social media visuals, and product packaging.
Work within the brands visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
Stay up to date with design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Review and refine designs based on feedback from senior designers and project stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality production and attention to detail in all designs.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Basic knowledge of fashion and accessories design trends.
Ability to take creative direction and translate it into visual concepts.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly for accessories or fashion-related projects.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on fashion, accessories, or lifestyle products.
Experience in designing for both digital and print formats is a plus.
Internship experience or freelance work in design is acceptable if relevant to the role.

Working Hours

Full-time position with flexible working hours.
