This individual will support and lead complex global accounts, acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage strategic global accounts, serving as the main point of contact for client needs and initiatives
• Act as the bridge between customer goals and internal stakeholders to ensure mutual success
• Provide clear, consistent communication across global teams and time zones
• Represent the voice of the customer internally with strong business acumen and balance of priorities
• Manage conflict and drive resolution in challenging or high-stakes conversations, both externally and internally
• Build and nurture deep, long-term customer relationships that promote loyalty and expand share of wallet
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and support internal advocacy to drive account development
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
• Operate with independence and accountability, requiring minimal oversight from leadership
• Maintain a strong understanding of the flexible packaging, dispensing (pumps & sprays), or closure landscape (preferred)
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in key account management, preferably with global account exposure
• Demonstrated experience managing complex customer relationships across international markets
• Hands-on leadership within a global account team within the past 12 months
• Proven ability to operate with initiative, take ownership, and drive results
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Strong listening skills with the ability to ask reflective, insightful questions
• Experience in packaging, dispensing, or closure industries is preferred
• Ability to manage up effectively and work cross-functionally within a matrixed organization
• Comfortable with 50%+ travel, including international trips as needed Apply tot his job
