Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of a certified electrical apprenticeship or associate degree in electrical technology preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Experience with PLC systems and motor controls
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on motors, drives, panels, and PLCs
- Install and maintain power distribution systems and lighting systems
- Assist in the design and installation of new equipment and upgrades
- Follow safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Support production with rapid response to electrical issues
