Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help with the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
- Assist in creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to HR activities.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and functions is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
- This is an entry-level position, ideal for freshers or candidates with minimal work experience in human resources.
- Previous experience or internships in HR, administration, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Working Hours:
- Full-Time: 9:00 AM ďż˝ 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Part-Time: Flexible hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

- Strong understanding of basic HR practices, such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
