Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a talented and creative Home-Based UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop user personas and conduct user research to inform design decisions.
Create responsive web designs and mobile app interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
Work on iterative design processes, incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders to refine designs.
Design visually appealing and consistent UI elements, including buttons, icons, and typography.
Ensure that design solutions are feasible for implementation and meet technical requirements.
Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Troubleshoot design challenges and contribute creative solutions to enhance the overall user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Photoshop.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and previous projects.
In-depth understanding of UX principles, design systems, and UI best practices.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with a passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Experience

At least 2 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a remote work environment.
Experience working with web and mobile applications is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours, with the expectation to collaborate with the team during standard business hours (9 AM to 6 PM GMT).
This is a full-time, home-based position with a focus on results and meeting project deadlines.

Strong knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to apply them to create intuitive designs.
Deep understanding of user interface design, with a focus on consistency, accessibility, and visual design elements.
Ability to conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
Proficient in responsive design practices for mobile and web applications.
Knowledge of design trends and an ability to adapt to new design tools and technologies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with remote teams and clients.
