Key Responsibilities Virtual Consultations: Conduct patient visits via video conferencing, phone, and secure messaging to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Comprehensive Care Planning: Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient and their family. This includes creating goals, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments. Qualifications and Skills Medical Degree (MD/DO): A Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution. State Medical License: A current, unrestricted medical license in the state(s) of practice, with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.
