Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into internal systems, ensuring information is precise and complete.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical documents in accordance with company standards, ensuring ease of access and security.
- File Maintenance: Regularly review and update files, removing outdated documents and ensuring files are properly categorized.
- Data Verification: Cross-check data for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on data management activities, documenting progress, challenges, and potential improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the smooth processing of data and documents across departments.
- Confidentiality: Ensure that sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with privacy policies.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to streamline data entry and document management procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in data entry, document management, or similar roles is highly desirable.
- Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on data accuracy, with a meticulous approach to verifying and entering information.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage large volumes of documents and data effectively.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly report data and documentation issues.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in data and documents and propose solutions for effective resolution.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a data entry or document management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data management tools or document management software (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in handling confidential or sensitive data is beneficial.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility in working hours may be available based on project needs and availability.

- Knowledge of Data Entry Standards: Familiarity with common data entry protocols and document management systems.
- Accuracy: Ability to ensure data entry is done accurately, and documents are categorized properly.
