Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in English, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Proficient in typing with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute. Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Strong listening skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with transcription software and tools (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter.ai). Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment. Experience Previous experience in transcription or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with legal, medical, or business transcription is a bonus. Working Hours Flexible schedule with options to work part-time or full-time. You will be assigned projects based on availability and turnaround times. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to interpret various accents and dialects in audio files. Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
